When you find your true purpose, there’s no limit to what you can achieve. Every challenge becomes an opportunity to learn and grow, and every goal is within reach.

Have you ever experienced a moment where you realized everything had come full circle? As I stood at the local orphanage in Russia, surrounded by children eager to share their excitement with me, I felt exactly that. This was the place that had planted a seed in me - one that would eventually grow into my greater calling.

I grew up in Russia, and at 19, I became an exchange student in the United States. I loved the culture, the people, and the opportunities here. So, I decided to build my life here after graduating from college. I had a great career in IT. I started as an analyst, advanced to program manager, and managed multi-million-dollar projects with global teams. While successful, I found corporate life unfulfilling and craved independence. I worked with some startups, helping build companies, which fueled my desire to carve my own path.

Taking a leap into entrepreneurship, I started my career in real estate in 2021. My project management skills were a huge asset. I could take on a large volume of tasks, oversee work and timelines, and ensure everything met the needs of my clients.

During that time, I embarked on another venture. I attended Tony Robbins events, first online, then in person. They were very intensive and really pushed me to think beyond limiting beliefs. You’ve probably heard of his Unleash the Power Within experience where he has everyone walk on hot coals - well I did it! In that environment, we focused on visualizing what we truly wanted. And for me, I visualized a building with a sign that read Yuls Foundation. From there, the idea kept growing. 

I realized that it all started with a memory: when I was younger, I went to daycare and next door there were kids behind a metal fence. I asked my parents what they were doing there, and they explained they were orphans. It broke my heart. I was around 5 years old, but that’s how powerful that impression had on me that it came back all these years later. 

Over the past few years, I have poured my heart and soul into Yuls Foundation for Foster Youth. We are entirely volunteer run, supported by an incredible team of dedicated individuals and local partners who help bring our programs to life. Together, we provide mentorship, resources, and empowerment to foster youth preparing to transition out of care. We want to help them feel confident and supported, so we offer mentorship along with special items like clothing and technology - things they might not typically receive through donations. We also provide charitable grants to empower them as they enter the next chapter of their lives. In 2024 I visited that exact orphanage in Russia that first planted a seed of inspiration, and it truly made my “why” clearer than ever.

For me, real estate and running my foundation go hand in hand. Through real estate I am serving people, and in turn, it fuels the work I do through my foundation. I’m also creating a legacy for my family centered around generosity, empowerment, and impact. I’ve learned that there are no limits to what you can do when you set your mind to it. Taking a leap of faith and betting on yourself is where growth, fulfillment, and opportunity are created.

Outside of work, I treasure time with my husband and our three children: Andrew (13), Lana (11), and Natalie (1). We love exploring new places together, traveling around the world, and going to the beach during the summer. 

My approach to real estate is all about creating a personalized, high-touch experience for every client. I like to call myself the “Santa Claus of Real Estate” because my focus is on giving first - truly understanding each client’s needs, anticipating challenges, and ensuring that every step of the process is seamless. From relocations to right-sizing, I enjoy getting to know my clients and tailoring the experience to fit their needs.

With a background in IT project management over 16 years, I excel at coordinating everything from contractors and stagers to photographers and cleaning crews. I help my clients manage complex timelines, budgets, and multiple moving pieces - all while keeping the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. In a matter of days, I’ve been able to transform properties and get them ready to list. Some of my favorite projects to work on are ones where the clients hand me the keys and I take care of the rest! I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with, learning what matters most to them, and doing everything in my power to create a successful, rewarding, and memorable outcome.
